Taylor Millard started dancing when she was four years old. She has trained in many styles including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, hip-hop, poms, and more. She started competitive dance at the age of twelve. Having trained in many different studios in the north suburbs of Chicago, she decided to train City of Chicago, competing solos. She has received Top score in the Senior division as well as many 1st place awards. Taylor has had the opportunity to perform at a White Sox Game, Bulls Game, and a 2011 Orange Bowl Half-Time show accompanying the Goo-Goo Dolls. She started teaching dance at 16 years of age, when she knew she found her passion. She was asked to choreograph for a flash mob, and had the opportunity to choreograph the first dance of a wedding in July 2014. She recieved best choreography award in 2016. Taylor taught and choreographed for two studios in the Huntley/Algonquin area before opening PDC. She founded Pizzazz in November of 2012 at the age of 17. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BA in Elementary Education. Throughout college, Taylor trained in Aerial Silk Dance and Yoga. Taylor’s goal is to help young dancers develop high self-esteem, a passion for dance, mannerism, and camaraderie. Her high energy and amazing positive attitude will make every rehearsal a fun time! Every dancer will leave the studio happier then when they came in, and that's a promise!
